What can I store in my storage unit?

You can store most things from household contents, files, boxes, stock and commercial items, tools, sports equipment and vehicles. We also offer outdoor vehicle storage. Items that cannot be stored includes any goods that are illegal, environmentally harmful, flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous (ie firearms), perishable (ie food/food products), will attract vermin or that are a risk to the property of any person ie chemicals, combustible liquids and gases, chlorine, acid, paint, petrol and anything that can leak.

What security measures do you have in place?

We have placed great importance on ensuring that our storage facility is highly secure to ensure all items stored are as safe as possible. Security measures in place include electric perimeter fences, surveillance cameras, individually alarmed units and monitored gate entry. Our security system monitors all entries and exits to the compound and we also have after hours monitoring in place.

What unit sizes do you have?

We have a variety of unit sizes at our site ranging from smallest of 1.5m x 3m to largest 6m x 3m.

How do I insure my goods when they are stored with you?

Insurance of your belongings remains your responsibility. If you have existing contents insurance we recommend that you contact your insurance company and advise them that either all or part of the contents are being placed in storage with us and they will be able to assist.

Are bookings required for storage units?

We recommend that you contact us in advance to book a unit to ensure the size that you require is available when you need it.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Tenants have secure gate access during these hours.

Is there a minimum or maximum rental term?

There is no limit on how long you can rent a unit for at our storage facility, however the minimum rental term is one month.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement

There is a rental agreement which must be completed at the commencement of your rental term.

What are the initial cost?

The first month's rent due in advance as well as the bond, which is refunded upon vacating the unit provided the terms of storage agreement have been met (including the return of your swipe tag). Should you need a padlock for your unit you can purchase one from our office.

What are my payment options?

Payment methods include AP, EFTPOS, Paypal and bank deposits.

How do I access my unit?

You will be issued with a swipe tag which allows you to enter our storage facility and access your unit as often as you wish during our hours of operation (6am to 8pm, 7 days a week). Your tag is linked to your unit.

What do I do if I wish to vocate my storage unit?

When you no longer require your unit please provide us with 14 days written notice.
